Logistics Coordinator – Receiving & Dispatch (Johannesburg)

About the role

We are looking for an organised Logistics Coordinator to manage receiving and dispatch operations for a busy warehouse in Sandton, Johannesburg. The role is contract‑based for three months and requires an immediate start.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and record incoming stock shipments.
• Capture units on the GRN book and process stock movements using the NAV ERP system.
• Prepare purchase orders, delivery notes and waybills.
• Pack and prepare goods for dispatch, allocating stock accurately.
• Compile and maintain daily receiving and dispatch reports.
• Follow up on deliveries, distribute signed documentation and handle proof of delivery.
• Process returns, swaps and replacement queries.
• Assist with stock counts, reconciliations and general warehouse administration.

Required profile

• Matric qualification (logistics qualification advantageous).
• Previous experience in logistics, distribution or warehouse administration, or customer service.
• Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work with urgency, solve problems and communicate professionally.
• Reliable team player who can hit the ground running.
