Logistics Clerk (R12k‑R15k) – Pretoria West

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Logistics Clerk to join our fast‑growing team. You will coordinate deliveries, manage customer orders and support the sales, operations, warehouse and transport departments to ensure smooth logistics processes.

Key responsibilities

• Answer general sales enquiries and monitor the customer portal for new orders.
• Capture orders in ODOO, update the regional whiteboard and book deliveries using Airtable.
• Schedule daily delivery runs, arrange trucks or external contractors, and map routes for drivers.
• Prepare load spreadsheets, verify order quantities, dispatch trucks and track departures.
• Collect and upload Proof of Delivery (POD) documents, process credit requests and manage returns.
• Generate operational reports (open orders, invoiced sales, stock levels) for the Operations and Sales teams.
• Coordinate Courier Guy shipments and perform general logistics and administrative duties.

Required profile

• Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.
• Previous experience in logistics, dispatch, transport, warehouse or supply‑chain environments is preferred.
• Strong organisational, multitasking and communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines and solve problems proactively.

Required skills

• Experience with ODOO or similar ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Airtable for scheduling deliveries.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• General Microsoft Office competence.
