Litigation Secretary (Junior/Senior) – Legal Practice

About the role
Join a long‑established legal practice serving South Africa for nearly a century. The firm seeks a diligent Litigation Secretary—either junior or senior—to provide essential support to a busy litigation team.
Key responsibilities
- Accurately type from dictation and manage correspondence.
- Provide day‑to‑day secretarial assistance within the litigation practice.
- Prepare, format, and organise legal documents and files.
- Assist with general litigation administration and file management.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Junior or Senior Litigation Secretary.
- Sound general litigation knowledge and exposure.
- Fluency in English and Afrikaans.
- Available to start as soon as possible (up to one month’s notice).
- Relevant legal secretarial training or equivalent practical experience preferred.
Required skills
- Dictation typing

- Competitive gross salary of approximately R20 000 per month, negotiable based on experience.
