About the role

We are seeking a presentable and professional Afrikaans‑speaking Litigation Attorney to join our Pretoria office. The position involves independent handling of high‑court and magistrate litigation across a range of matters, with regular court appearances.

Key responsibilities

Manage High Court and Magistrate’s Court litigation, including general, sectional title, debt collection and family law matters.
Perform general attorney duties such as court appearances, drafting and compiling legal documentation, and liaising with clients.

Required profile

Presentable, professional individual fluent in Afrikaans and English (spoken, read, written).
Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree and admission as an attorney with right of appearance.
Minimum two years post‑admission experience in general litigation, debt collection or family law.
Fully independent functional ability and willingness to attend court appearances.
Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.
Residency in Pretoria, preferably near Pretoria Moot, and availability to start as soon as possible.
