About the role
A Linklawyer member practice located in the Northern Suburbs of Johannesburg is seeking a Litigation Associate with strong commercial acumen. The role involves representing clients in High Court and Magistrates Court matters, managing cases, and providing strategic legal advice.
Required profile
- Minimum of 3 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) with the right of appearance in the High Court, enabling independent case handling.
- Proven track record of successful appearances in both High Court and Magistrates Court, including conducting trials in the latter and handling opposed motions in the former, as confirmed by references.
- An existing or potential client base is considered an advantage, supporting business development.
What we offer
- Highly incentivised fee‑share arrangement with an OTE of R750,000 per annum.
- Cash‑flow assistance through an advance on fees to be collected.
