Linked Product Manager – Corporate Investment Solutions

About the role

The Linked Product Manager will own and steward corporate market‑linked investment solutions for Old Mutual. You will be responsible for the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from design and launch through commercial execution, performance monitoring and continuous enhancement.

Key responsibilities

• Define product strategy, specifications, pricing and business cases for market‑linked investment products.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, ensuring products remain fit‑for‑purpose, competitive and commercially viable.
• Align product features with investment philosophy, working closely with investment teams and asset managers.
• Drive commercial performance, margin optimisation and sustainable AUM growth.
• Oversee governance, risk exposure, benchmark selection and portfolio construction.
• Support client engagement, technical marketing narratives and stakeholder communication.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product management within financial services or investment solutions.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of scaling revenue‑generating products.
• Ability to translate investment strategy into clear product design and governance frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder influence and communication skills.
