Life Sciences and Medical Expert (AI Community)

About the role

TELUS Digital is looking for people with a medical background to check AI-generated health content. Experts read an AI's answer on a medical topic and confirm that the facts are correct and up to date, and they help the AI learn the right information. The work is done remotely as part of a global AI community of more than one million contributors.

Key responsibilities

• Fact-check health information: read an AI's answer and make sure the facts are 100% correct and current.
• Review medical terms: ensure the AI uses the right names for bones, muscles, medicines and conditions.
• Flag dangerous or incorrect health advice immediately.
• Help the AI rewrite complex medical research so it is clear to ordinary people.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Science, Nursing, Biology, Pharmacy or a related field.
• Native-level proficiency in your primary language, since medical terms vary by country.
• Basic (B1) English to read project instructions.
• Attention to detail, as small details matter in medicine.
