About the role
We are seeking a diligent Legal Secretary to join our team in Randburg. This full‑time position supports attorneys by handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks within a busy legal environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, format, and file legal documents and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate case files and records.
- Perform high‑speed typing and data entry tasks.
- Generate and manage spreadsheets using Excel.
- Work independently while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
Required profile
- Matric (high school) qualification.
- Typing speed of at least 48 words per minute.
- Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to work autonomously.
