About the role

The Legal Manager – Corporate leads all corporate legal matters for the Red Rocket Group, overseeing mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, project transactions, and governance. The role provides strategic legal counsel to senior management and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage legal aspects of M&A, joint ventures, restructurings, and disposals.
• Draft, negotiate, and advise on transaction agreements and corporate documents.
• Coordinate due‑diligence processes, identify risks, and present risk assessments to senior leadership.
• Support corporate finance initiatives, including equity investments and refinancing.
• Oversee legal workstreams for project acquisitions, disposals, and energy‑asset transactions.
• Manage external counsel and specialist consultants.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with extensive experience in corporate law and M&A.
• Proven ability to lead complex transactions and advise senior executives.
• Strong commercial acumen and independent judgment in legal and regulatory matters.
• Experience in corporate finance, project acquisitions, and governance.
