Legal Intake Assistant

About the role

You will support the Intake Manager and Intake Specialists by moving new leads quickly, strengthening data quality, and completing administrative tasks that protect conversion and workflow speed.

Key responsibilities

• Call clients to gather missing details and follow a strict 5‑minute task rule for all new leads.
• Capture information and upload it into Lawmatics, managing bookings for appointments when required.
• Field incoming calls, screen clients for firm requirements, and verify lead data before handover.
• Trigger Lawmatics automation steps after verification and track required documents for Probate, Medicaid, Wills, Trusts, and Guardianship matters across AL, TN, MD, NC, and SC.
• Complete Google LSA rating tasks daily with zero backlog and keep Lawmatics workflows clean.
• Assist the Intake and Accounts Receivable Manager with collections or intakes as needed and update systems.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and fast, disciplined execution of tasks.
• Clear communication via phone and email.
• Ability to follow strict timelines, workflows, and screening criteria.
• High accuracy in data entry and Google LSA rating.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms, specifically Lawmatics.

What we offer

• Competitive monthly salary between R13,000 and R15,000.
• Work schedule aligned with Eastern Standard Time (8 am–5 pm EST).
