Legal Counsellor – Polokwane Branch

About the role

The Legal Counsellor will work at our Polokwane branch, providing members with accurate legal advice and paralegal solutions in line with the Scorpion Legal Protection Membership Agreement. This permanent position reports directly to the Branch Manager and operates Monday‑Friday with occasional Saturday shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver legal advice to members on common issues within the scope defined by the company.
• Provide paralegal support and solutions tailored to members’ needs.
• Ensure all advice complies with the Scorpion Legal Protection Membership Agreement.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and advice given.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of South African law relevant to consumer protection and membership services.
• Ability to interpret and apply the Scorpion Legal Protection Membership Agreement.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction.
• Professional demeanor and ability to work independently under the supervision of the Branch Manager.
