Legal Contract Analyst

About the role

The Legal Contract Analyst supports the review, negotiation, approval and ongoing management of client and supplier contractual terms. The role ensures that agreements are accurately recorded in Intapp Terms and that obligations are understood, monitored and complied with across the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Review, interpret and manage client and supplier contractual terms and related documentation.
• Compare contractual documents, identify key changes, obligations and issues for stakeholders.
• Assist in negotiating and approving contractual terms in line with firm processes.
• Upload, organise and categorise contractual documentation within Intapp Terms, maintaining accurate contract information.
• Monitor key contractual dates, renewals and other requirements, ensuring proper communication.
• Support reporting, compliance activities and process‑improvement projects related to contract management.

Required profile

• LLB or equivalent law degree from a recognised university.
• At least 2 years post‑qualification experience in commercial contracting, preferably within a law firm, professional services firm or in‑house legal/risk function.

Required skills

• Experience with Intapp Terms or comparable contract lifecycle management applications.
• Strong data analysis capabilities for organising and analysing complex data sets.
• Proficiency in drafting, reviewing and comparing contractual documents.
