Legal Case Manager – Remote (US)

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Legal Case Manager to join our growing legal team. This remote position supports case progression, client communication, and operational excellence across multiple practice areas, primarily personal injury.

Key responsibilities

• Request, track, and organize medical records and related documentation.
• Maintain organized case files and monitor critical deadlines.
• Ensure all communications are professional and clear.
• Support attorneys with case preparation and pre‑litigation development.
• Draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents (training provided).
• Communicate with clients and medical providers via phone and email.

Required profile

• Legal background or prior law‑firm experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of professionalism, accountability, and emotional intelligence.
• Clear speaking voice with strong articulation.
• Tech‑savvy, adaptable to new systems and processes.
• Reliable remote work setup (computer, headset, stable internet) and a quiet, distraction‑free environment.
