About the role
We are looking for a motivated Legal Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to our legal team. This fully remote position requires a keen eye for detail, strong organisational abilities, and a solid understanding of legal documentation and processes.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
- Maintain and organise legal files, databases, and document management systems.
- Schedule meetings, hearings, and appointments for legal team members.
- Assist with drafting routine legal documents and correspondence under supervision.
- Conduct basic legal research and compile reference materials as needed.
- Liaise professionally with clients, courts, and external parties.
- Track and ensure compliance with all deadlines and regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a legal administrative or paralegal support role.
- Familiarity with legal terminology, documentation, and processes.
- Excellent written communication and proofreading abilities.
- Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple deadlines.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential matters.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Diploma in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or a related field (preferred).
Required skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
