Legal Reviewer – Remote Contract (up to $28/hr)

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Legal Reviewer to join our team on a contract basis. This role focuses on comprehensive contract analysis, legal research, and support for litigation and compliance initiatives, offering flexible hours ranging from 10 to 40 per week.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough contract review, drafting, and negotiation to optimize business outcomes while managing risk.
• Perform in‑depth legal research and case analysis to provide actionable insights.
• Support litigation and dispute resolution by preparing documentation and assisting counsel.
• Assess regulatory compliance and assist with due diligence for corporate matters, mergers, and acquisitions.
• Design system prompts and rubrics for legal applications, ensuring accuracy in multi‑turn agent conversations.
• Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and professional ethics.
