Learning & Development Facilitator – UK Utilities

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Learning & Development Facilitator to design and deliver engaging training experiences for Huntswood employees. In this fast‑paced, purpose‑driven environment, you will help staff unlock their potential, improve performance, and align with our business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate a range of learning programs, including onboarding, systems training, soft‑skill development, and compliance.
• Adapt training methods to suit diverse learning styles and participant needs.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide post‑training support to ensure skill application.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject‑matter experts to tailor content.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and incorporate business changes into training.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and real‑time assistance to colleagues.
• Conduct training needs analysis and address identified gaps.
• Support graduate groups and informal learning initiatives when not delivering formal sessions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years proven experience as a facilitator or trainer within the UK utilities sector (customer service or sales).
• Ability to deliver high‑quality training both in‑person and virtually.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with adult‑learning principles and various training methodologies.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑changing environment and staying current with industry developments.
