Learning Content Designer

About the role

We are seeking a versatile professional who can research, write, and design high‑quality learning content. The role sits at the intersection of research, writing, instructional design, and visual design, creating engaging material for both virtual and face‑to‑face environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, update and maintain learning content for a wide range of Raizcorp programmes.
• Research assigned topics and create structured learning frameworks.
• Write, edit and refine learning material to ensure clarity, engagement and alignment with purpose.
• Design and format content to be visually strong, professional and easy to use.
• Review content produced by internal stakeholders, external providers and AI‑supported outputs.
• Maintain instructional design standards, processes and templates.
• Manage development flow, track progress and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Contribute to digital learning assets for internal platforms and products.
• Update slide decks, manuals, learning elements and related assets.
• Incorporate stakeholder and user feedback into revised content.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in content development, learning design, instructional design, copywriting, editorial work, graphic design or a related field.
• Strong academic performance in English at school or tertiary level.
• Relevant 3‑year qualification in writing, communications, education, instructional design, graphic design or a related discipline.
