About the role
Citi's year-long Learnership Graduate Programme offers newly qualified graduates practical exposure within the Markets business in Johannesburg. Participants are sponsored for a postgraduate qualification and can apply for permanent roles during the year.
Key responsibilities
- Rotate through various Markets business functions.
- Support trading and client teams.
- Complete sponsored postgraduate coursework.
- Participate in structured training sessions.
Required profile
- Recently obtained relevant university degree.
- Strong academic record.
- Eligible to work in South Africa.
- Interest in financial markets.
