Leads Agent – 6 month contract

About the role

MiWayLife is dedicated to supporting, growing and empowering clients with affordable, simple, and suitable solutions, primarily through telephonic intermediary channels. This role resides within an outbound call centre. Its primary function is to undertake target‑driven outbound leads confirmation phone calls to clients in order to qualify and verify the client need and re‑direct the lead to a Sales agent for a potential sale.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve the minimum production norms and targets set.
• Make quality outbound calls to create sales opportunities.
• Adhere to MiWayLife call centre quality standards.
• Record client information and requests on the MiNtinga system.
• Handle and appropriately refer customer complaints and objections.

Required profile

• Matric (or equivalent qualification).
• Minimum 1 year call centre experience (outbound advantage).
• Previous financial services experience advantageous.
• Previous lead warming experience in long‑term insurance advantageous.
