Leader Performance Omnicommerce

About the role

The Leader Performance Omnicommerce acts as a strategic business partner across Offer, Marketing, Digital, Sales, Supply and Finance to optimise growth and profitability in a competitive multi‑channel environment. Reporting to the BU Performance Leader, the role drives cross‑functional economic and operational performance by aligning pricing, campaigns, digital activities and customer‑journey optimisation with business unit targets.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and optimise pricing performance to improve competitiveness, revenue and margin.
• Analyse national campaign performance (pricing, sales, revenue, margin, ROI) and provide recommendations.
• Track 1P and 3P digital and e‑commerce performance, including traffic, conversion, availability, revenue and operational costs.
• Analyse the end‑to‑end customer journey and identify performance gaps, risks and commercial opportunities.
• Translate data and insights into practical recommendations and action plans, partnering with cross‑functional teams to drive improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management, Commerce, Marketing Analytics, Data Analytics or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business performance, commercial analysis, pricing, financial analysis, e‑commerce or revenue management.
• Strong experience analysing commercial and financial data and turning insights into business recommendations.
• Experience with pricing, promotional campaigns, digital commerce and customer performance analytics.
• Understanding of revenue, margin, profitability and ROI drivers.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, communication and presentation skills.
