About the role

Career Start is seeking a self‑directed Lead Generator to support its mission of professional growth. Working remotely from anywhere in South Africa, you will act as a lead‑sales hunter, driving company expansion through targeted outreach and appointment setting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct online research using LinkedIn and search engines to identify businesses in target sectors.
• Collect names and email addresses of key managers and decision‑makers.
• Send pre‑written introductory messages to high‑potential prospects as an appointment setter.
• Book interested leads into the leadership team’s online calendar for follow‑up consultations.
• Maintain daily logs of contacts and response rates, adhering to call‑centre metrics.

Required profile

• Highly motivated by sales targets and able to sustain a high volume of outreach.
• Strong written English that captures attention and generates interest.
• Self‑disciplined to manage a remote pipeline independently.
• Detail‑oriented with accurate data capture and follow‑up precision.
