Lead Generation Specialist (Business Generator)

About the role

Daisy Business Solutions is seeking an energetic Business Generator to drive outbound B2B lead generation. You will be the first point of contact, opening doors for the sales team by qualifying prospects and scheduling appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound cold calls to prospective B2B clients.
• Identify and engage decision‑makers, qualify opportunities and book appointments.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of all outreach activities in the CRM.
• Follow up leads consistently to keep pipeline momentum.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging and targeting.

Required profile

• Resilient, competitive and motivated by results; able to handle rejection.
• Proven experience of at least 1 year in cold calling, telemarketing or lead generation.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding activity targets and KPIs.
• Strong verbal communication and active‑listening skills.
• Matriculation (or equivalent) and ability to commute to Bryanston, Johannesburg.

Required skills

• CRM software proficiency.
