Lead Android Developer

About the role
We are looking for a senior Android developer to lead the creation of high‑impact mobile applications. In this hands‑on leadership position you will own the Android product roadmap, drive technical excellence and mentor a growing team of developers.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
- Collaborate with designers, backend engineers and product owners to define and deliver new features.
- Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering best practices and code quality.
- Integrate applications with external APIs and data sources, ensuring reliability and performance.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and propose improvements.
Required profile
- Relevant degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Senior or Lead Android Developer.
- Demonstrated ability to lead or mentor development teams.
- Strong problem‑solving, debugging and communication skills.
