Ladieswear Production Planner (with Advanced SYNC)

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Ladieswear Production Planner to oversee the end‑to‑end manufacturing workflow for a factory of roughly 200 staff. You will be responsible for synchronising production schedules with the advanced SYNC system and SAP, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality garments.

Key responsibilities

• Optimise overall factory workflow and manage production schedules from raw material receipt to finished garments.
• Maintain, configure and update the Sync PLM/ERP system daily and ensure data alignment with SAP.
• Create, raise and track production jobs in SAP according to corporate processes.
• Build, verify and manage complex Bills of Materials (BOMs) and generate efficiency reports.
• Develop and maintain master production schedules, aligning capacity with sales demand.
• Monitor daily output, identify bottlenecks in cutting and sewing lines, and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Track fabric and trim arrivals, coordinate with procurement, warehouse and logistics teams.
• Act as liaison between design, cutting, sewing and dispatch departments, communicating timelines and capacity constraints.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of experience as a Ladieswear Production Planner in fashion retail or clothing manufacturing.
• Experience planning for a facility with 150–250 staff.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, patterns and CMT processes.
• Proven ability to train and support internal teams on system updates.

Required skills

• Advanced Sync PLM/ERP (apparel system) proficiency.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP job creation and tracking modules.
• Advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
