Labour Law Consultant

About the role
We currently have an exciting position available for a Labour Law Consultant, to be based at our Johannesburg branch.
Key responsibilities
- Retain and service clients on all industrial relations (IR) issues, contacting them as per schedule.
- Handle labour law matters such as chairing disciplinary inquiries, drafting judgments, issuing warnings, and drafting and implementing policies.
- Manage complex issues including wage negotiations, strike management, and retrenchments.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR/IR/LLB or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in industrial relations.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.
