Laboratory Technician

About the role

The Laboratory Technician will ensure total quality assurance at our production and packing site. You will be responsible for maintaining the effectiveness of the Quality Control Management System and complying with ISO 17025 standards to deliver high‑quality food products.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily quality control checks on incoming raw materials, in‑process items and finished/packed products.
• Conduct sample testing for equipment verification and intermediate instrument checks to guarantee 100% accuracy.
• Maintain and improve the Quality Control Management System to support high‑quality production.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 17025 requirements and related quality standards.

Required profile

• National Diploma in Food Technology, Analytical Chemistry or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance laboratory within the food industry.
• Experience with GLP, GMP, HACCP and Supplier Quality Assurance.
• At least 1 year of exposure to a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) or data‑capturing processes.
• Knowledge of ISO 17025 is advantageous.
