About the role

South Coast Total Garage has an open vacancy for a Kitchen Assistant in its Fresh Stop department. The employer states that the employment decision will be informed by its Employment Equity Plan and Workforce Profile requirements.

Key responsibilities

Clean and sanitize dishes, cookware and utensils.
Clean and sanitize food preparation workstations.
Assist in food preparation by cutting, chopping, slicing and washing vegetables, meats and other ingredients.
Follow all food health and safety requirements.

Required profile

Grade 12 (Matric); a related qualification is advantageous.
At least 1-2 years of related experience.
Trustworthy, reliable and honest, with a pleasant attitude toward customers.
