Key Accounts Manager – Dealer Tyre Programme

About the role

The Key Accounts Manager – Dealer Tyre is responsible for growing the Dealer Tyre Programme across South Africa. You will build strong relationships with OEMs, franchise groups and dealerships while driving sales and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Establish, develop and manage the Dealer Tyre Programme in line with the Group Retail strategy.
• Implement and maintain Service Level Agreements with OEMs and dealer networks.
• Negotiate pricing matrices, rebates and commercial agreements.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations and tyre inventory coordination.
• Manage departmental financial performance and ensure profitability targets are met.
• Provide mentorship, training and performance management for staff.
• Represent TiAuto Investments at industry events and support strategic business development.

Required profile

• Grade 12 / Matric and a BSc/BA degree in Business Administration, Sales or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years proven experience in Key Account Management, preferably within the motor dealership environment.
• Demonstrated management experience with OEMs, franchise groups or motor dealerships.
• Strong understanding of sales, commercial operations and customer relationship management.
