Key Accounts Manager – Automotive Manufacturing

About the role

We are hiring a Key Accounts Manager for automotive manufacturing. The role focuses on developing strategic relationships with high‑volume clients and driving organic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic long‑term trusting relationships with high‑volume clients to achieve organic growth.
• Initiate and lead the RFQ process in line with GPMS and IATF 16949.
• Gather, report and communicate customers' feedback on service and product delivery.
• Manage pricing to customers, setting prices based on costs aligned with company and shareholder targets.
• Serve as the primary contact point for key customers and internal teams.
• Handle all customer‑related requests and queries.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively and respectfully.
• Measure, track and analyse key account metrics.
• Create reports for upper management.
• Monitor and control cost‑centre expenditure.
