About the role
Coca-Cola Beverages Africa is seeking a Key Account Manager for the Liquor Channel to join its Key Accounts team. Reporting to the Customer Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and profitability across high‑value national accounts within the beverage sector.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual Customer Business Plans that align with volume, value and market‑share targets.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Supply Chain, Trade Marketing, Sales, Finance) to ensure seamless plan execution.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with national and regional customers.
- Achieve revenue and margin goals through pricing strategy, pack/channel mix optimisation and promotional execution.
- Lead category growth initiatives, consumer‑centric campaigns and channel activation.
- Analyse market insights and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and improve ROI.
- Oversee new product launches and portfolio expansion in key accounts.
- Ensure compliance with trading terms, pricing, credit and financial governance.
Required profile
- Formal 3‑year degree in Commercial or a related field; MBA advantageous.
- Minimum 6 years experience in a Commercial or FMCG sales environment.
- At least 2 years of managerial experience.
- Proven track record managing high‑value national accounts and cross‑functional projects.
