Key Account Manager

About the role

The Key Account Manager will be based on‑site in Kempton Park, Johannesburg, and will be responsible for driving growth and managing relationships with national customers across South Africa. This permanent role involves high‑level negotiations, strategic account development, and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate and present proposals at board‑room level.
• Generate new business and expand the national customer base.
• Analyse pricing trends, lost or suspended business, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Build and maintain relationships with regional and national General Managers and consultants.
• Lead annual price‑increase negotiations and achieve set sales targets.
• Ensure installations are completed and account administration is up‑to‑date in the business intelligence system.

Required profile

• Minimum Grade 12 qualification.
• At least 5 years of proven sales/management experience in the direct‑selling personal and home‑care industry.
• Diploma or degree in Sales Management is an advantage.
• Valid driver’s licence and own transport.
• Ability to work on‑site from 08:00 to 17:00 in a fast‑paced environment.
