Key Account Manager

About the role

Join a fast‑growing industrial equipment supplier in Kuilsriver and manage a portfolio of key accounts that include restaurants, cafés and retail clients. You will be responsible for driving sales, delivering technical solutions and supporting the company’s branding initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth within the assigned portfolio.
• Provide technical and solution‑selling expertise for high‑end equipment.
• Support marketing and branding activities, including website content management.
• Coordinate internally with sales, operations and administration teams.
• Handle sales administration tasks and ensure accurate reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in equipment, capital goods or technical sales.
• Proven track record in managing key accounts.
• Strong relationship‑building, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to learn technical details of equipment and products.
• Basic understanding of marketing and branding principles.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel as needed.
• Fluency in English and Afrikaans.
