Key Account Manager (Commercial)

About the role

The Key Account Manager (Commercial) reports to the Value Added Services (VAS) Manager and plays a pivotal role in optimizing product performance within a fast‑paced retail environment. You will support stakeholder relationship management and ensure the smooth delivery of complex projects.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to achieving annual financial budget targets.
• Develop business cases to enhance the product portfolio.
• Collaborate with Risk and Compliance to guarantee process and product compliance.
• Oversee relationships with suppliers and partners.
• Work with Marketing to create dynamic campaigns.
• Manage projects within agreed timelines, engaging relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with internal and external parties.
• Complete all administrative tasks within expected deadlines.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of related work experience.
• Experience in the financial services industry is an advantage.
• Background in product management, including financial/business case development and analysis.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Competence with MS Office and G‑Suite.
