Junior Software Implementation Engineer (IT Graduate)

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Software Implementation Engineer to join our implementation team in Cape Town. The role offers recent graduates the chance to work on enterprise software projects for financial and investment clients, gaining hands‑on experience in analysis, configuration and testing.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyse business requirements.
• Assist in configuring and implementing enterprise software solutions.
• Perform software testing, quality assurance and troubleshoot issues.
• Support low‑level software development and customisation where required.
• Document processes and contribute to client relationship building.

Required profile

• BSc or BEng in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related engineering discipline from a recognised South African university.
• Strong academic record with at least 70 % in Mathematics and Physical Science at Matric.
• Analytical mindset, problem‑solving ability and excellent communication skills.
• Passion for technology, willingness to travel to client sites and work in a client‑facing environment.
