About the role
Terra Parts & Solutions is looking for a motivated Junior Sales Representative to join its Johannesburg team. You will support the sales department by handling orders, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.
Key responsibilities
- Procure price and availability information from suppliers.
- Verify data accuracy on orders and invoices.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team.
- Process and capture sales orders, purchase orders and invoices.
- Monitor internal and customer WhatsApp groups and assist where needed.
- Maintain and update the sales system regularly.
Required profile
- Matric (Senior Certificate) or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of earthmoving or parts sales experience.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Own reliable transport.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Catsis system.
- Experience using QuickBooks, Pastel or SAP.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
What we offer
- Full‑time permanent position (08:00 – 17:00, Monday‑Friday).
- Salary range R12 000 – R15 000 per month plus performance‑based commission.
- Provident fund contribution.
