Junior Sales Representative – FMCG (Secunda)

About the role
Our client, a fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) company, is seeking a motivated Junior Sales Representative to support its growth in the Secunda region. This full‑time position offers the chance to develop sales skills while working closely with an established sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage fortnightly call schedules and client visits.
- Classify, segment and prioritise clients to maximise growth opportunities.
- Conduct market research and keep product and industry knowledge up to date.
- Implement promotional activities in line with company guidelines.
- Build market share across all product categories and maintain strong client relationships.
- Compile and submit accurate weekly sales and ADAPT reports.
- Identify new business opportunities and emerging markets.
- Manage sales administration and reporting to company standards.
Required profile
- Matric (Grade 12) – essential.
- 1–3 years proven sales experience, preferably in FMCG.
- Valid driver’s licence – compulsory.
- Strong numeracy and technical aptitude.

- Computer literacy.
- Numeracy.
