Junior Sales Manager – 12‑Month Development Programme

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Manager to join EliteWell Dynamics’ fast‑growing health, sport and wellness division. The role starts with a face‑to‑face interview in Pretoria and then transitions to a fully remote position, offering a clear pathway to senior sales leadership within 12 months.

Key responsibilities

• Engage directly with clients, build relationships and close sales opportunities.
• Support daily branch sales activities and operational tasks.
• Apply advanced sales techniques, negotiation and customer‑service best practices.
• Develop leadership, team‑motivation and communication abilities under senior mentorship.
• Track performance metrics and contribute to business‑growth strategies.
• Complete a fully funded 12‑month Certified Sales & Management Development Programme.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional eager to build a sales career.
• Strong motivation to progress to Branch Sales Manager and Area Sales Manager roles.
• Willingness to attend an initial interview in Pretoria and work remotely thereafter.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Required skills

• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Basic proficiency with CRM or sales tracking tools.
• Ability to learn and apply sales methodologies quickly.
