About the Role
Are you a proactive and highly organized professional looking to launch or accelerate your career in sales operations? Hutech is seeking a reliable Sales Assistant to become a key pillar of our commercial team, ensuring seamless daily operations and exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team to optimize daily workflows.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients regarding order status, delivery updates, and proactive follow-ups.
- Manage the full sales documentation cycle, including the preparation of accurate quotes, invoices, and detailed sales reports.
- Coordinate closely with warehouse and logistics departments to guarantee timely and efficient order fulfillment.
- Maintain and update the customer database (CRM) to ensure data integrity and high-quality client records.
- Support business growth by contributing to the development and nurturing of new client relationships.
- Handle general office administration tasks to ensure smooth departmental functioning.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum requirement: Grade 12 completion.
- Proven experience within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or Retail sectors.
- Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a significant advantage).
- A positive, "can-do" attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
- High level of reliability, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong multitasking and organizational capabilities.
- Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Customer service excellence and professional communication.
