Junior Marketing Manager – Luxury Fashion

About the role

We are an international luxury fashion retailer looking for a Junior Marketing Manager to join our Cape Town team. You will support the planning and execution of brand campaigns, manage our social media channels and create daily visual content that drives both store and online traffic.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and edit photos and short videos for Instagram, TikTok and other platforms.
• Manage community interaction by replying to comments and messages and monitoring engagement metrics.
• Schedule and publish promotional content in line with the marketing calendar.
• Assist with in‑store visual merchandising, window displays and local events.
• Support seasonal collection launches and coordinate cross‑team communication with retail managers.
• Track fashion trends, competitor activity and consumer preferences.
• Collect data on social media reach, ad clicks and foot traffic to prepare simple performance reports.
• Coordinate vendors, organise product samples and handle basic invoicing for photoshoots.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or 0‑2 years of experience in fashion or luxury marketing.
• Strong eye for visual storytelling and ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Excellent written communication and community‑management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with retail, creative and senior marketing teams.
