About the role
We are seeking a Junior Litigation Attorney to handle High Court and Magistrate’s Court litigation, including general and family law matters, and to perform general attorney duties such as court appearances. The position is full‑time, on‑site in Pretoria, with a morning shift.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct High Court and Magistrate’s Court litigation, covering general and family law matters.
- Perform general attorney duties, including court appearances.
Required profile
- LLB degree.
- Admission as an attorney.
- Recent post‑admission experience in general litigation, civil litigation and/or family law.
- Strong English proficiency.
- Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.
- Residing in Pretoria or within commuting distance.
- Available to start as soon as possible.
