About the role
We are looking for a recent graduate to join our client consulting team in Cape Town. The role is hybrid, requiring the use of personal transport.
Key responsibilities
- Implement projects and provide daily consulting to resolve client queries.
- Log software bugs and enhancements with the development team.
- Meet with clients to determine requirements and project scope.
- Design, test, install and monitor new systems.
- Act as a technical resource to deliver required software applications.
- Assist clients with change and process management activities.
Required profile
- IT qualification (essential).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft tools and SQL.
- Fluency in English; Afrikaans preferred.
- Hybrid work mode with own transport.
- Up to 2 years prior experience in a software support role (advantageous).
