Junior Instructional Designer

About the role

The Junior Instructional Designer will support the creation, maintenance, quality control, and deployment of instructional materials for Rater Services training initiatives. Working under the guidance of the Instructional Design Specialist, you will help develop PowerPoint presentations, eLearning modules, assessments, and LMS content.

Key responsibilities

• Redesign and update PowerPoint presentations using IQVIA templates and branding standards.
• Develop and revise eLearning modules in Articulate Storyline, configuring navigation, media, assessments, and rater interactions.
• Publish SCORM‑compliant packages for deployment in the Litmos LMS.
• Create, configure, and maintain courses and assessments within Litmos, including uploading content and setting completion requirements.
• Perform first‑level quality control reviews on presentations, eLearning modules, assessments, and LMS courses using approved checklists.
• Document and correct quality issues, and re‑QC materials after revisions.
• Support localization by updating materials with approved translated content.

Required profile

• Junior‑level professional able to work under the direction of an Instructional Design Specialist.
• Strong attention to detail for quality control and compliance with branding and formatting guidelines.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project timelines.
