Junior Industrial/Civil/Mechanical Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Junior Engineer to join a leading fruit juice manufacturing plant. Reporting to the General Manager, you will help design, evaluate and optimise industrial, civil and mechanical systems across the facility, gaining exposure to high‑impact technical projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and allocate resources required for project scopes.
• Implement project timescales, budgets and resource plans.
• Collaborate with Plant, Technical and General Managers on detailed designs.
• Define step‑by‑step project execution plans and monitor progress against schedule, budget and quality standards.
• Evaluate financial impact and calculate payback for projects.
• Map product flow through processing operations and analyse workload balance to minimise costs.
• Conduct feasibility studies and present findings to management.
• Provide technical support to maintenance teams.
• Report on water balance, boiler, power and product efficiencies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Industrial or Mechatronic Engineering.
• 1‑5 years of experience in manufacturing process optimisation (preferred).
• Experience in project management is an advantage.
