Junior Graphic Designer – Port Shepstone

About the role

The Junior Graphic Designer will join Beekman Group’s Head Office in Port Shepstone, creating online content, visual layouts and print materials for a variety of marketing initiatives. This entry‑level position is ideal for a recent graduate with a design qualification who can work under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce digital assets, copy layouts and visual presentations for quarterly marketing campaigns.
• Support the rollout of new projects by creating online and print collateral.
• Coordinate and execute multimedia tasks across different projects as required.
• Maintain quality control by checking spelling, layout and alignment before final submission.

Required profile

• Matric and a Graphic Design degree or diploma.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Creative thinking, artistic ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and Dreamweaver (or similar application).
• Competence in Microsoft Office suite.
