Junior Full-Stack AI Engineer

About the role

The company builds end‑to‑end software systems that embed AI agents into core business processes. As a Junior Full‑Stack AI Engineer you will own the complete delivery cycle – from discovery with clients to architecture, implementation, deployment and post‑launch adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with client teams to understand real business problems and define viable AI‑driven solutions.
• Design and implement backend services, data layers and frontend interfaces that support autonomous AI agents.
• Integrate and fine‑tune AI agent components that perform tasks such as onboarding, customer service or invoice management.
• Deploy solutions in production environments and ensure they are reliable, secure and scalable.
• Support client adoption by training users and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.

• Strong communication skills to build trust with diverse client stakeholders.
• Ability to manage the full development lifecycle independently.
