Junior Finance Clerk

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is designed for an entry‑level candidate who wants to develop practical skills in bookkeeping, accounting and financial administration. Based in Kempton Park, you will work within a supportive finance team to ensure accurate daily financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Capture and process financial data accurately and timely.
• Assist with bookkeeping functions and maintain financial records.
• Perform account reconciliations (bank, creditors, debtors).
• Process and manage accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Support payroll processing and related administration.
• Help prepare financial reports and schedules.
• Assist with tax‑related documentation under supervision.
• Maintain organised physical and digital filing systems.
• Contribute to month‑end processes and reporting.
• Provide general administrative support to the finance team.
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve basic finance queries.
