Junior Finance Clerk – Entry-Level School Leaver Role

About the role
We are seeking a motivated Junior Finance Clerk to join our Pretoria office. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent matriculants who want to start a career in finance and accounting and are eager to learn on the job.
Key responsibilities
- Capture and process invoices
- Assist with accounts receivable and payable
- Perform basic reconciliations (bank, supplier, customer)
- File and maintain financial records
- Enter data and update spreadsheets
- Support senior finance staff with administrative tasks
- Follow up on outstanding payments when required
Required profile
- Grade 12 / Matric (Mathematics and/or Accounting preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational and time‑management skills
- Willingness to learn and take initiative

- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Word
