Junior Field Technician

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Field Technician to join our service team in Pretoria. You will support the repair, maintenance and delivery of equipment while providing professional customer service at both our workshop and client sites.

Key responsibilities

• Receive equipment for repair, prepare quotations and hand them to the administrator.
• Repair, test and dispatch equipment internally or on‑site.
• Maintain and organise department tools, spare parts and workshop cleanliness.
• Complete all service paperwork, manage stock, receive and install parts on quoted machines.
• Assist customers at the service reception, load/unload machines and ensure timely, courteous service.
• Visit client sites under supervision, adhere to client rules, present a professional image and act as an ambassador for the brand.

Required profile

• Junior‑level candidate eager to learn technical and customer‑service skills.
• Neat, well‑presented and punctual, with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Willing to follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment at all times.
