About the role

Babylonstoren has an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for retail. As a Junior Farm Store Manager you will support the Farm Store Manager in daily operations and help deliver an excellent customer experience at the farm shop.

Key responsibilities

Develop and improve work procedures and systems.
Set staff rosters, allocate hours and manage schedules.
Maintain the ERS clocking system and allocate small change.
Assist with cash transactions and merchandising.
Manage stock using FIFO rotation and place internal orders.
Process transactions on the Symphony system and send invoices.

Required profile

Completed National Senior Certificate (matric/Grade 12).
Fluency in Afrikaans and English.
Previous experience as a cashier (advantageous).
Experience with clocking systems and SAGE staff management system (advantageous).

Required skills

Proficient with Microsoft Outlook.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
Proficient with Microsoft Word.
Experience using SAGE staff management system.
Experience with clocking systems.
