About the role
Our client is a leading South African ERP software provider delivering cost‑effective business management solutions across retail, wholesale, warehousing and automotive sectors, with implementations both locally and internationally. They are looking for a Junior ERP Support Engineer to join the team and help customers implement, train on and support ERP/accounting software.
Key responsibilities
- Implement ERP solutions for client organisations.
- Provide training on the company’s ERP software to end‑users.
- Deliver ongoing support and troubleshooting for ERP/accounting applications.
Required profile
- Minimum two years’ experience implementing, training and supporting ERP or accounting software.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and clear communication skills.
- Client‑focused attitude with proven training and support capabilities.
